Complex of apartments with hotel infrastructure Luchezarniy is a resort complex with a private secured area and extended service. The complex is located on the area of 3.2 hectares.

The project will consist of 11 buildings with sophisticated interior design including a hotel complex managed by an international brand.

An extended hotel service will be organized in the Luchezarniy complex, which will provide an opportunity to gain access to the entire club infrastructure without leaving the territory: a restaurant, a fitness room, a spa complex, outdoor pools, a laundry, a conference room, children's play areas and beach.

AWP scope of services: full scope of Technical Services, Assistance in negotiations with international brand holders, Operational support to the Owner in setting up a Management Company and opening the first stage of the complex, 4 star attestation, Operational Control.
