RADISSON COLLECTION HOTEL, SOCHI
Radisson Collection — is a 5-star hotel located in the complex of buildings of the sanatorium Krasmashevskiy. The sanatorium is located at the highest point in the center of Sochi, it was built in 1936 in the style of modernized neoclassicism. The project was carried out by the famous Leningrad architect David Buryshkin.
The complex is located in a tropical arboretum with an area of 4 hectares and has its own indoor beach. The architectural ensemble, which includes the Krasmashevsky sanatorium, will be restored to its initial look. Due to the project expansion, it is planned to build two additional modern buildings.
The hotel is projected to open in 2024 in one of the new buildings.

The complex will offer a restaurant, a spa with a fitness room and a swimming pool with thermal zones, children's playground and a banquet hall.
