Pentahotel Moscow Arbat is the first hotel of the Penta hotels chain in Moscow.It is located at Noviy Arbat, in the famous residential building made of form of book.The second of the four administrative buildings of Noviy Arbat, built in1963–1968.The facades of all buildings resemble open books,connected by a 2-tiered glazed stylobate 850 m long,which consists of 2 underground and 2 ground floors,where offices, shops, cafes and restaurants are located.

In 2016, House No.15 was acquired by Capital Group for the purpose of reconstruction into a multifunctional complex with a hotel and apartments.

In a 26-storey building with a total area of 44,000 square meters, acompletely new combination of three conceptual types of urban housing has been created:classic apartments,service apartments and a hotel under the Penta hotel brand.
The hotel has 228 rooms, a large lounge and restaurant, several meeting rooms and a 24-hour fitness.
