Having worked for The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group leading Technical Services department Marina has opened 20 hotels and overviewed renovations and maintenance in 30+ hotels under operations since 2008 till 2014. Experienced in an entire project development process, starting from its initial analysis and financial modeling till commissioning into operation. Managed a variety of projects including hotel, residential, commercial and industrial developments to both Western and Russian standards. Worked in Russia, CIS and the UK.

Frank Wagner
Managing partner
Degree in Engineering from Berlin Humboldt University.
President of the FSCI Germany Austria e.V. since 2013. Managing Partner of KDREI Planungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. КG and founder of the Global Planning Consortium. With more than 30 years of experience in Foodservice consulting, project management and store design, Frank has worked on many food and Beverage and BoH concepts for hotels, restaurants, bars, shopping malls in Europe, Russia, CIS, Africa and the Middle East. Frank is the co-author of the book Professional Kitchens Planning Design Equipment, published in German (2002 and 2009). and English (2004 and 2013).

Degree in medical care (1994), professional certification in the field of healthcare organization and public health (2022). Experienced in practical healthcare, consulting in the field of medical projects, sales, marketing and development of sanatorium-resort complexes.
Alyona Zhogova
Office manager
Degree in linguistics and translation studies from the Moscow State Linguistic University.
Has an experience of over 5 years in the hospitality industry. Following her work in the administrative department of Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park hotel, Alyona joined the AW Project team in year 2023 and provides administrative support.
